Why you should stop learning website builders and just send an email
The act of writing something on a regular basis to your community or audience is going to get you much further than developing a skill as a website builder.
I was with my mate the other day, and it's a real mate, not someone I made up for a video. He's on Medium, Substack, Twitter, LinkedIn, scatter-gunning content everywhere.
I said, you should just do an email newsletter on your website. He said, I know. And then he went into this thing about needing to work out how to use the program, watching videos about Elementor or Divi or whatever he's using.
By the time you've learned that, you could just send an email.
There are so many platforms nowadays where you can just send an email newsletter. What you want is people on your email list so you can email them on a regular basis. Then you can go and work out how to build a website and everything else.

This is something I've struggled with for years, for me personally, part of it is high-brow intelligent procrastination and imposter syndrome, and another part of it is massive ADHD complications about pulling the trigger on work.
Both are painful. Both will cost you, but if it came down to it and all your family was in a cage being dangled over a tank of hungry piranhas, and you had to find a way to send an email newsletter to save them what would you do?
You'd drop learning the website building software and the funnels and tagging everyone in your email list by the school they went to and their favourite Wham! song, and just hit fucking send.
