Leadership With Simon Sinek: Serving Those Who Serve Others

Simon Sinek is on of the few people who consistently “knocks it out the park” for me when it comes to business and how we handle people.

I have ranted about “Start with the Why” for a few years and it really hit a note with many people in my tribe, both those who freelance and those who work in big corporations. The conversation is still going which is testament to Sinek’s insights.

In this interview with Jonathan Fields, Simon compares GE and Costco and the relationship between shareholder value and how staff were valued over a twenty year period. This is one of the simplest explanations of something I have long thought true but never really found a simple story to articulate it.
