It’s because you don’t have much time for everything, including running the space, keeping members happy, and maintaining software and stuff like that. 

You only get a little time to talk about what you’re doing, where you’re going, what’s happening, and what you need help with. 

And whatever you do in any industry, getting together with your peers and discussing what you do is really important. 

It’s fantastic for your soul. 

It’s fantastic for working out and for how you spend your time. 

It’s fantastic for ideas and problem-solving.

It’s fantastic for new perspectives and knowledge sharing.

It’s fantastic for support and motivation. Often, a leadership role feels isolated even when you are around people all day.
