The aim of this workshop is to help create and solidify your coworking space plan for the next twelve months. And to go one step further to ensure that you are clear on every teeny tiny step you are going to take on a daily basis to make sure that plan comes to fruition.
You’ll walk into this workshop with a vision of where you want to be in 12 months time. And you’ll leave with a solid plan of exactly what you are going to do over the next 3 months to move towards that vision.
Drawing on ideas from the “12 week year”, “They Ask You Answer” and “Get Things Done”
we’ll discover and create your ideal systems and workflows together to ensure you have the greatest chance of success in reaching your vision.

I welcome both mature coworking spaces and start-ups who need a helping hand early on with nailing their strategy to help with future goals and growth.

You can do this as a singular coworking community. Or if you are friendly with another coworking space you can join up and split the cost.
